摘  要:为了解决当前太阳能热水工程控制系统水位分段检测的问题,利用水压与水位的关系,采用压力传感器对储水箱水压进行检测,间接测量水位的方法,实现水位的连续测量,提高水位测量精度。系统以AT89C51单片机为核心控制器,采集水位水温,实现上水和电辅助加热的自动控制。通过DS12C887实时时钟模块,为系统提供准确的基准时间,水位低于设定值与用水量少的清晨时段上水相结合,提高了太阳能利用率,节约了电能。For solving the problem of subsection water level detection for large-scale solar hot water project control sys- tem, the water level is measured indirectly using pressure sensor to measure pressure of water tank with the function of water level and pressure, the measurement accuracy of water level is increased by continuous measuring. The AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer is as the core of the system, water temperature and level are collected, and water-supplying and electric auxil- iary heating are controlled automatically. The exact reference time of the system is provided by DS12C887 clock chip. Combi- ning the water supply below setting level and little water requirement in early morning, the efficiency in collecting solar energy is improved greatly and the electric energy is saved.
