摘 要:在介绍以玻璃钢为基体的工艺品经表面预处理后进行酸性光亮镀铜及做旧着色处理的工艺流程、工艺配方及工艺条件的基础上,将传统的非金属电镀工艺流程中的敏化—活化—化学镀铜工序改为表面金属化后化学镀银的工序。结果表明:选用本工艺流程制作的镀件导电性好,光亮平整,其镀层与基体结合力强,表面色泽均匀、金属质感好,仿古逼真。并且成本低,操作简便。This article first introduces the technological process, formulation and conditions of acidic bright copper plating and coloring treatment for the pretreated handicraft with FRP matrix. Then it demonstrates that the procedure of sensitization, activation and chemical copper plating in conventional nomnetallie electroplating technique can be changed into the one of electroless silver plating after surface metallization. The result shows that the plating pieces made by this technology have the properties of high electric conductivity, bright and uniform structure, greater adhesive strength with substrate, smooth surface and good quality with fine metallic sense, vivid imitation, low cost and easy operation.
