摘　　要：针对新升本高校本科毕业设计中存在的问题与不足,分别从选题、学生能力、指导教师水平及管理方法等方面进行了详细的分析.提出了从毕业设计选题、指导教师水平、学生能力培养和管理方法等方面来完善和改革新升本高校毕业设计教学的措施建议.Analyzed detailed in aspects of choosing topic, students themselves, guidance teachers and quality of graduate design for the design of new university graduate teaching problems and shortcomings. To improve the quality of graduate design,The measurement was proposed from the aspects of the level and quality of instructors, students and other capacitybuilding and management methods.
