铝毒胁迫对黄芩生理生化的影响

摘  要:目的探讨铝胁迫对黄芩幼苗生理生化的影响,为揭示铝毒害植物机理提供依据。方法黄芩为研究材料,采用盆栽方式,待幼苗长至6片真叶时,用0.1、0.5、2.0、5.0 mmol?L-1浓度的铝溶液处理黄芩幼苗,在处理15d后,进行各项指标测定。结果随着铝胁迫浓度升高,黄芩游离脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐增加,过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性提高,而叶绿素含量直线下降,在铝胁迫浓度为5.0 mmol?L-1时,黄芩幼苗总叶绿素含量与对照相比减少了33.33﹪。结论 低浓度铝胁迫对黄芩生长影响不显著,高浓度铝胁迫下黄芩对环境的适应性受到破坏。Objective To provide basis for revealing the physiological characteristics on Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi by Aluminum. Methods The cultivars of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were cultivated with different Aluminum concentrations (0.1, 0.5, 2.0, 5.0 mmoloLl). After 15 days, the leaves were harvested for measurement of physiological characteristics. Results As Aluminum (Al) concentration increased, the free Proline content, MDA content, POD and CAT activitvities of leaves were improved gradually, while the chlorophyll content was decreased directly. The minimum of the total chlorophyll content in Scutelleria baicalensis Georgi seedlings was appeared under 5.0 mmol·L^-1 Al, which was lower 33.33 % than that of the control. Conclusion The influence of Aluminum stress on the growth of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, with non-significant effects at low concentration and relatively significant inhibition effects at high concentration.
