茯莲冲剂及其提取物的对高脂大鼠TC,HDL-c和LDL-c的影响

摘　　要：目的研究茯莲冲剂及其乙醇提取物对高脂大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法雄性Wistar大鼠60只,随机均分为空白组、高脂模型组、茯莲冲剂低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组和提取物组(给药剂量分别为1、3、6和0.6 g/kg),除空白组外,其他组喂以高脂饲料。分别于21 d和42 d测定大鼠血清中的胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)。结果茯莲冲剂按6 g/kg灌胃给药42 d,高血脂大鼠TC显著下降(p<0.01),但LDL-c和HDL-c没有显著变化。结论 茯莲冲剂在长期高剂量给药时有降低高血脂大鼠TC的作用。Objective To investigate the lipid-lowering effect of Fulian Chongji and its ethanol extracts on hyperlipidemia rats. Methods Sixty male healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups： normal control, high fat control, high fat with Fulian Chongji of three doses （ig, 1, 3, 6 g/kg/d）, high fat with Fulian Chongji ethanol extracts （ig, 0.6 g/kg/d）. After the establishment of hyperlipidemia mice model by high lipid food for 21 d and 42 d, the concentration of TC, LDL-c and HDL-c were measured. Results Fulian Chongji administrated at a dosage of 6g/kg/d for 42d could reduce serum TC on hyperlipidemia mice. Conclusion Fulian Chongji have the function of reducing TC on hyperlipidemia rats at a high-dosage and for a long period.
