摘　　要：目的优选紫草的醇提工艺,确定最佳提取工艺参数。方法采用HPLC法,以β,β′-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁为检测指标,用正交实验法考察了4种因素(乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、温浸时间、温浸次数)对其含量的影响。结果紫草的最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量95%乙醇,于50℃温度下搅拌浸泡3次,每次60 min。结论 制备工艺合理,便于生产,可推广应用。Objective To study the extracting technical condition of Lithospermum. Methods β,β′- dimethylacrylalkannin as index, and orthogonal test method was used for studying the effect of four extracting factors（the concentration and volume of alcohol, the time and times of extraction） on the extracting rate of Lithospermum. Results The optimum conditions were as follows： 10 times the volume of 95% alcohol, extracting 3 times and stiring frequently at 50 ℃, 60 min per time. Conclusion The process is reasonable and favorable for industrial production.
