摘  要:目的建立齿叶白鹃梅叶总黄酮含量测定的方法,并以此方法测定其不同部位总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法于267 nm处测定齿叶白鹃梅中总黄酮的含量。结果芦丁在0.005 6~ 0.022 4 mg/mL(r=0.999 8)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.77%,RSD=1.78%(n=6),其叶、花、、茎、根含总黄酮分别为6.39%,6.84%,1.04%,1.11%(n=3)。结论 该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为该植物中总黄酮含量检测的方法。Objective To establish the method of content determination of total flavonoids in the leaves of Exochorda serratifolia S.Moore., and determine the content of total flavonoids in other different part. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used with rutin as the reference and detection wavelength was set at 267nm. Results The liner range ofrutin was 0.005 6-0.022 4 mg/mL ( r=0.999 8 ) ,the average recovery was 97.77%, the contents of total flavonoids in leaves,flower, stem and root were 6.39%, 6.84%, 1.04%, 1.11% ( n=3 ) ,respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable that can be used to determine the content of total flavonoids of Exoctorda serratfolia S.Moore.
