摘  要:目的总结特殊部位烧伤后期肉芽创面应用FE复合酶处理后覆盖大张中厚皮片修复的疗效。方法对78例特殊部位烧伤后期感染的肉芽创面先选用FE复合酶湿敷,控制感染,术中彻底清创,移植大张中厚皮片封闭创面。结果78例感染创面经FE复合酶湿敷后再次做创面细菌培养均为阴性,移植大张中厚皮片后75例皮片成活,成活率为96.15%。结论后期肉芽创面应用FE复合酶能快速有效地清除创面细菌,为应用大张中厚皮片修复特殊部位创面创造了良好的条件,加之术中彻底清创,术后制动良好,就可以达到良好的效果。Objective To observe the effect of the repair of the burn granulation wound located at special areas of body surface by auto-grafting the large sheet of split skin with local FE enzyme therapy. Methods All the 78 cases with burn granulation wound located at special areas of body surface were includ- ed in this study. All of these wounds were treated with FE composite enzyme to eradicate the local infection, then debrided completely. Finally, the wounds were all covered with large sheet of auto split skin. Results Local bacterial culture showed negative after use of the FE composite enzyme in all 78 cases. Auto skin grafting survived in 75 cases (96.15%). Conclusions Infected granulation wound could be successfully treated by FE compound enzyme. It created good conditions for covering with large sheet of auto split skin. Effective local complete debridement and auto skin grafting are essential in this treatment.
