冰石愈伤软膏治疗手术切口脂肪液化疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价冰石愈伤软膏外敷治疗手术后切口脂肪液化的效果。方法将108例手术后切口脂肪液化的患者随机分为两组,冰石愈伤软膏组56例,使用冰石愈伤软膏填充腔道;对照组52例,使用雷夫奴尔纱条填塞伤口并进行引流。两组均根据渗液的多少,纱布块从每日换药逐渐到2～3d换药一次,直到伤口愈合。对比两组患者切口愈合时间及治疗3d及7d后的愈合率。结果 108例患者切口全部愈合,冰石愈伤软膏组和对照组切口愈合时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组治疗后3d愈合率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗后7d愈合率差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冰石愈伤软膏能确切地促进手术后脂肪液化切口愈合,缩短伤口愈合时间,减少伤口炎症等发生的概率,节省患者的医疗费用及时间,具有极大的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of Bingshi Yushang ointment on the incision with fat liquefaction. Methods The 108 patients with incision fat liquefaction were randomly divided into two groups, the Bingshi Yushang ointment group （ n = 56） and the control group （ n = 52）. The Bingshi Yushang ointment group was packed the incision cavea after routine debriding, degermation, crushing the incision and blotting the liquefied fat with asepsis adjuvant. The control group was packed with acrolatinoe absorbent gauze. The wound healing time, the third and seventh day healing rate between the two groups were com- pared to evaluate the effect of the Bingshi Yushang ointment. Results All the 108 patients＇ incisions of fat liquefaction were concrescent. Significant differences were seen between the two groups on the wound healing time （P 〈 0.05）. On the third day healing rate was seen no significant between them （P 〉 0.05）. In con- trast, the seventh day healing rate was observed significant differences between them （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The Bingshi Yushang ointment could acclerate the wound healing of fat liquefaction after oper- ative incision, shorten the wound healing time, reduct the wound inflammation occurrence probability, save the patients＇ medical expense and time. For such reasons, the Bingshi Yushang ointment have great clinical application value.
