吡哌酸治疗急性阿米巴痢疾60例

摘　　要：吡哌酸(PPA)1.5-2.0g/d,po,治疗急性阿米巴痢疾60例,对照组甲硝唑(灭滴灵)1.2-1.6g/d,po,治疗30例。结果PPA组临床治愈60/60,甲硝唑组为28/30(无显著差异)。PPA组大便常规恢复正常的平均时间3.4±2.3d,明显短于甲硝唑组的7±4d(P<0.01)。PPA组的副作用轻而少于甲硝唑组。We used pipemidic acid 1.5-2.0 g/d po in the treatment of 60 patients with acute amebic dysentery and metronidazole 1.2-1.6 g/d po in 30 patients served as control. The results showed that pipemidic acid was effective in 60/60 patients, while metronidazole was effective in 28/30 patients. The side effects of pipemidic acid were mild.
