摘　　要：在全球化市场竞争和技术竞争中,具有丰富实践与创新能力的人才是开发和掌握核心技术,推动企业发展和社会进步的中坚力量。高等学校的实践教学肩负着培养符合社会经济发展需要的创新人才的使命。该文基于盐城工学院海洋技术专业人才培养的现状,就推进实践教学体系改革,促进创新人才培养提出几点建议。In the global market competition and technological competition, the people who owe extensive practical and innovative competence can develop and master the core technology, and they are the backbone of enterprise development and social progress. Practical teaching of Colleges and Universities shoulder the mission of raising innovative talents to meet social and economic development needs. In the paper, based on the current status on talent training of marine technology profession of Yancheng Institute of Technology, we provide some suggestion to advance the practical teaching system reform and promte innovative talents training.
