摘　　要：本文比较了10例哮喘患者直接从定量压力气雾器或经喘必疗雾化器单剂量(0.5mg)吸入特布他林的支气管舒张效果。测定吸药前和吸药后15,30,60和120min的肺功能结果:8例使用定量压力气雾器正确者加用喘必疗雾化器与否效果相同,其余2例不能正确使用定量压力气雾器者用喘必疗雾化器后支气管舒张效果提高。This paper compares bronchodilator efficacy of a single dose(0.5mg) of terbutaline inhaled either directly from the metered dose inhaler (MDI) or from the Nebuhaler in 10 asthmatic patients. The pulmonary function was tested before and at 15,30, 60 and 120 min after the inhalation.The result showed that the efficacy of drug delivered by the MDI with or without the Nebuhaler was similar in 8 patients v/ho had correct MDI technique. The other 2 patients who had incorrect inhalation technique with the MDI benefited from using; the Nebuhaler.
