摘 要:目的:比较麻醉和断头两种取血方法对雄性SD大鼠血液生化及内分泌系统常用指标的影响,为动物实验中取血方法的选择提供依据。方法:SD大鼠随按体重随机分为断头取血和麻醉取血两组,贝克曼全自动生化仪检测血清血清GLU、TG、TC、TP、ALB、GOT、GPT、CRE、BUN、UA、CK、CKMB、LDH、LAC等指标,放免法检测COR、T3、T4、TSH、E2、T等指标。结果:两种取血方法GLU、COR、TP、ALB、GOT、GPT、UA、CK、CKMB、LDH、LAC等指标有不同程度差异。结论:SD大鼠血清生化和内分泌系统等临床常用指标在两种取血方法中存在明显差异,建议动物实验过程中要充分考虑取血方法对实验结果的影响,根据实验要求选择合适的取血方式。Objective : To compare the effects of two blood collection methods anesthetic and decapitated on biochemistry and endocrine in male SD rats. Methods: Male SD rats were divided into two groups. Blood samples were collected after anesthetized by intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital sodium and decapitation respectively. Serum parameters of GLU,TG ,TC ,TP, ALB, GOT, GPT, CRE, BUN, UA, CK, CKMB, LDH, LAC were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. The endocrine system index of serum E2, T, COR, T3, T4, TSH were determinate by radio-immunity. Results: Serum GLU, COR, TP, ALB, GOT, GPT, UA, CK, CKMB, LDH, LAC levels were difference between these two blood collection methods. Conclusion: There are significant influences on biochemistry and endocrine parameters between these two blood collection methods. It should pay more attention on the effects of blood collection method in animal experiment, and choose rational blood collection method with the experimental requirements.
