甘遂甘草配伍的电喷雾质谱研究

摘　　要：目的:研究甘遂甘草相反的物质基础。方法:应用电喷雾质谱技术,研究不同比例的甘遂甘草配伍后水煎液中巨大戟二萜醇型化合物在质谱中的离子强度的变化。结果:随着甘草比例的增加,水煎液中巨大戟二萜醇型化合物的量逐渐减少。结论:甘遂甘草合用有毒与甘草对甘遂中有毒成分的煎出的影响无直接关系。Objective ： Study on the chemical basis of the combination of kansui and licorice. Method： By the electros- pray ionization mass spectrometry technique, the ion intensities changes of the ingenol compounds of combination of kan- sui and different ratios of licorice were investigated. Result ： The content of ingenol compounds in water decoction decreased with increasing licorice. Conclusion ： The incompatibility of kansui and licorice did not relate directly with the influence of licorice on the decoction efficiency of ingenol compounds.
