葛根素、血栓通注射液治疗心绞痛的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较观察不稳定型心绞痛患者支架术后葛根素、血栓通注射液的抗血小板疗效。方法:不稳定型心绞痛患者64例支架术后常规治疗的同时,随机分为葛根素、血栓通注射液治疗组,观察比较疗效,测定64例不稳定型心绞痛患者治疗前后和同期40名健康体检者(对照组)外周血中血小板活化因子水平。结果:64例患者加用葛根素、血栓通注射液后症状消失,葛根素、血栓通注射液组在治疗前的血浆血小板活化因子水平分别为(74.59±16.18)μg/L和(73.09±15.17)μg/L,治疗后分别为(47.81±10.39)μg/L和(39.38±8.63)μg/L,治疗前明显高于对照组(40.69±11.26)μg/L(P<0.01),治疗后较对照组无明显差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:不稳定型心绞痛患者血小板处于活化状态,葛根素、血栓通注射液的抗血小板均有效,有助于提高支架术效果,疗效后者稍强。Objective： To investigate and compare the curative effect of the antiplatelet therapy between puerarin in- jection and xueshuantong injection among patients with unstable angina after percutaneous coronary stent implantation. Methods ： The curative effect of 64 cases of patients hospitalized with unstable angina after percutaneous coronary stent implantation with conventional therapy meanwhile were randomly divided into 32 cases of puerarin injection group and 32 ca- ses of xueshuantong injection group and 40 healthy subjects over the same period（ control group） were investigated. The change of plasma levels of platelet activating factor among those patients and control group were observed and test data was compared. Results ： Symptoms disappeared among 64 cases of patients hospitalized with unstable angina after percutaneous coronary stent implantation with antiplatelet therapy of puerarin injection and xueshuantong injection. The plasma levels of platelet activating factor in 32 cases of puerarin injection group and 32 cases of xueshuantong injection group hefore treatment was （ 74.59 ± 16.18 ） μg/L and （ 73.09 ± 15. 17 ） μg/L respectively, after treatment was （ 47.81±10.39 ） μg/L and （39.38±8.63）μg/L respectively （P 〈 0.01 ）, in control group was （40.69 ±11.26 ） μg/L, which were much higher than those of the controls before treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ） and there was no statistical difference between subject group and control group after treatment respectively（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Due to platelet activation in unstable angi-na, antiplatelet therapy of puerarin injection and xueshuantong injection for patients with unstable angina after percutane- ous coronary stent implantation all are useful and effective for enhancement of curative effect with percutaneous coronary stent implantation. The curative effect of xueshuantong injection is better than that of puerarin injection.
