摘 要:目的:观察复方地黄对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s Disease,AD)模型大鼠学习记忆能力及海马CA1区神经元形态结构的影响。方法:在腹腔注射D-半乳糖造成大鼠衰老的基础上,海马CA1区注射喹啉酸(QA)造成拟老年性痴呆学习记忆损害模型,复方地黄汤治疗后,观察光、电镜下海马CA1区神经元形态的变化。结果:复方地黄可明显缩短AD大鼠的Morris水迷宫潜伏期、增加平台象限路程比和跨平台次数,明显减轻海马CA1区神经元的损伤,阻止神经元数量上的过度缺失,明显修复线粒体,保护高尔基复合体、粗面内质网的形态,减少突触的溶解。结论:复方地黄对AD模型大鼠受损的神经行为学有明显的改善,对损伤的神经元有一定的保护作用;尤其对损伤突触有一定程度的修复。Objective : To explore the learning and memo17 improving and the effect on morphological structure of hip- pocampus CA1neuron of DiHuang compound in treating model rats of Alzheimer's Disease (AD). Methods : Injecting D - galactose in rats'abdominal cavity to doat them, then injecting quinolinic acid (QA) in rats'hippocampus to make the mode of senile idiot, given aqueous solution of DiHuang compound by garage, to observe the learning and memory etho- logical improving in Morris water maze and the shape change by optical microscope and electron microscope. Results : Di- Huang compound can obviously reduce the latency of AD rats in Morris water maze, increase the platform quadrant jour- ney ratio and the times of crossing platform, reduce the damage of hippocampus CA1 neuron, prevent the excessive loss of quantity of neuron. Conclusion : DiHuang compound could ameliorate the behaviour deficits and protect the damaged neurons of AD rats models and remedy the damaged synapse to a certain extent.
