摘 要:目的:探讨心理应激诱导的肠易激综合征(IBS)大鼠胃肠激素的变化及宁肠汤的调节作用。方法:将72只雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、得舒特组、宁肠汤低、中、高剂量组,以慢性束缚+适度夹尾刺激作为心理应激源诱导IBS模型,观察宁肠汤对IBS模型鼠结肠转运功能,并以酶联免疫分析法检测各组血清CCK的变化。结果:模型组结肠转运功能较正常组明显亢进(P<0.01),而各治疗组较模型组下降(P<0.05);模型组血清CCK水平较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),与模型对照组比较,各治疗组血清CCK含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:宁肠汤可调节束缚应激致腹泻模型鼠的结肠转运功能,降低已升高的血清CCK含量,且具一定的量效关系。Objective: To investigate the gastrointestinal hormone change and the regulation of Ning Chang Decoction on the stressed IBS rat model. Methods: 72 male rates were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Dicetel group and low, medium and high does of Ning Chang Decoction groups. The stressed IBS rat model was made by chronic bandaged - stress and sertirl g the end. The influence of Ning Chang Decoction on colonic transit of IBS model rats was observed and elisa was used to examine the change of blood serum CCK. Results : The colonic transit func- tion of model group increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ), while all treatment groups decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the blood ser- um CCK level increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). Compared to model control group, the blood serum CCK level of all treatment groups decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Ning Chang Decoction can regulate the colonic transit function in the stressed IBS rat modal and decrease the elevated level of blood serum CCK and the effect is dosed related.
