舒乐冲剂对脑卒中后抑郁模型大鼠NE、5-HT水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒乐冲剂对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)模型大鼠单胺递质NE、5-HT的影响。方法:采用电凝法制备局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,在此基础上复合孤养、应激处理制备PSD大鼠模型,ELISA检测大鼠脑组织NE、5-HT浓度。结果:舒乐冲剂可提高PSD大鼠脑组织NE和5-HT含量,尤以提高NE为著。结论:舒乐冲剂对PSD大鼠脑内单胺递质降低有改善作用,这可能是其治疗PSD的机制之一。Objective： To observe the effect of Shu - Le granule on the levels of NE, 5 - HT in Cerebral of Post - stroke depression （PSD） Rats. Methonds：The rat models of local cerebral ischemia were using electrocoagulation methond. Then treated the rats with combined methonds of isolation feed and irritable stimulation. At last by ELISA to detected the NE,5 -HT＇s levels in the rat＇s brain. Results： Shu -Le granules can increased the NE ,5 -HT＇slevel of the PSD rats, especially to the level of NE. Conclusion ： Shu - Le granule can improved the reducing of monoamine transmitter in PSD rat＇s brain. It＇s maybe one of the mechanisms to therapying PSD.
