摘　　要：基于组织结构相关概念,对印前编目组织机构设计要素进行了分析,进而探讨了印前编目组织机构,分析了机构层次,并对各层级部门的职能进行了讨论,对印前编目组织机构进行了简单评价。Based on the related concepts of organizational structure,this paper analyzes design elements of the organizational structure for pre-press cataloging,probes into the organizational structure for pre-press cataloging,discusses the functions of each level department,and makes brief evaluation on the organizational structure for pre-press cataloging.
