医院洁净手术室综合性能监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解温州市医院洁净手术室空态和静态下的综合性能,提高洁净手术室管理水平,降低医院手术部位感染。方法采用现场检测方法,对温州6所综合医院新建和改建的55间洁净手术室的洁净相关指标进行空态或静态监测。结果 55间洁净手术室中沉降菌和尘埃粒子指标合格率分别为87.3%和67.3%,照度、相对湿度、噪声和截面风速等指标合格率较低,分别为56.4%、20.0%、18.2%和16.7%。结论温州市医院洁净手术室空态和静态条件下的综合性能较差,存在洁净手术室医院感染危险因素,亟需加强维护和管理。OBJECTIVE To know the integrated performance of monitoring under the empty state and static state in hospitals in Wenzhou,to improve the management level and reduce the infection rate of surgical sites.METHODS On-the-spot examination method was used to investigate the cleanliness efficiency of 55 rebuild clean operation departments between 6 newly built hospitals in Wenzhou.RESULTS As a whole,in the 55 clean rooms,the eligible rates of dust particle count was 67.3%,that of settling bacteria count was 87.3%.The eligible rate of static pressure difference,illumination,relative humidity,noise and interface speed were 56.4%,20.0%,18.2%and 16.7%,respectively.CONCLUSION The integrated performance of monitoring under empty state and static state in hospital is poor,so it is necessary to improve the hardware construction and the management in clean operating departments.
