提高医院传染病疫情报告质量的措施及效果评价

摘　　要：目的提高医院传染病疫情报告质量。方法连续进行医院传染病疫情报告的监测,比较采取改进措施前后医院传染病的迟报率、漏报率。结果 2005-2007年医院传染病迟报率平均为30.41%,漏报率平均为25.68%,2008-2009年迟报率平均为0.84%,漏报率为0,迟报率及漏报率明显降低。结论根据医院传染病疫情报告中存在的不足,进行原因分析并采取有效的改进措施,能有效降低传染病报告的迟报率及漏报率,从而大大提高传染病疫情报告的质量。OBJECTIVE To improve the quality of report of infectious disease.METHODS With a continuous monitoring for the report of infectious disease in hospital,and then the rate of delayed and missing report before and after the improvement was compared.RESULTS The rate of delayed report was on an average level of 30.41% during 2005-2007,and the rate of missing report was 25.68%.However,during 2008-2009,the rate of delayed report was 0.84%,and the rate of missing report was 0.A significant decrease in the delayed rate and missing rate was presented.CONCLUSION With a cause analysis for the deficiency of report of infectious disease in hospital,a continuous effective improvement are gotten,there is a significant decrease in rates of delayed and missing report.Finally,the quality of report of infectious disease in hospital is remarkably improved.
