2008～2010年周口市艾滋病自愿咨询检测资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解周口市自愿咨询检测工作情况,为有针对性地制定防治对策提供科学依据。[方法]对2008年7月1日至2010年12月31日到周口市疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊接受自愿咨询检测者共计1 125人的基本信息及艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测情况进行分析。[结果]合计1 125人接受VCT服务,其中男性占83.11%;20~49岁占81.16%;有非婚异性性行为者占69.51%;已婚者占74.67%;农民占39.29%;初中以下文化者占58.58%。检出HIV抗体阳性88例,阳性率为7.82%,其中2009年为7.21%,2010年为7.46%（P〉0.05）。88例阳性者中,血液传播占57.95%,性传播占28.41%。[结论]自愿咨询检测为及时发现HIV感染者发挥了重要作用。[Objective]To understand the situation of HIV voluntary counseling and testing in Zhoukou city,so as to provide scientific basis for the development of targeted control measures.[Methods]The basic information and HIV antibody test of the 1 125 persons were statistically analyzed in Zhoukou city CDC VCT outpatient service during 1 July 2008 to 31 December 2010.[Results]Among 1 125 cases,81.16% of them were males and those at 20 to 49 years of age accounted for 81.16%.Those with heterosexual sex outside the marriage accounted for 69.51%,married accounting for 74.67%,farmers accounting for 39.29%;junior high school or below accounting for 58.58%;88 were HIV positive,with a positive rate of 7.82%,and it was 7.21% in 2009,7.46% in 2010（P〉0.05）.blood transmission accounted for 57.95%,followed by sexual transmission,accounting for 28.41%.[Conclusion]HIV voluntary counseling and testing plays an important role in detecting potential HIV patients.
