城市生活空间质量观下的社区体系规划原理

摘　　要：以新人本主义城市空间发展观及价值取向分析为基础,提出冲破现代主义城市功能分区藩篱、关注社会公平下,空间公正为方向的城市社会生活空间质量观。指出其理念核心为人本生活场所体系及城市社区体系公正结构的建构与重构,并进一步推演出城市社区体系规划的基本原理为:1)城市社会(居住)阶层化构成原理(城市公正规划);2)城市社区体系分异可获性原理(区域响应规划);3)社区空间质量构成原理(空间共享规划);4)文化生态景观情境认知原理(区位文化尊严规划)。The article proposes the viewpoint of urban living space quality, which focuses on space justice in the background of social equity on the basis of new humanism development for urban space. It breaks through the barriers of modernism urban functional zone on which it is in the center position of planning field for a long time. The core of the conception is construction and reconstruction for the just structure of humanistic living place hierarchy and urban community system. Furthermore, it deducts the principles on urban community system planning based on these analyses above. They include： 1）the principle of urban society stratification constitution （the justice planning in cities）; 2）the available rule of the differentiation of urban community system （area response planning）; 3）the law of community living space quality （space sharing planning）; 4）the context-cognitive theory of cultural and ecological landscape （the dignity planning of location and culture）.
