异丙肌苷综合治疗急性内源性葡萄膜炎

摘　　要：用新免疫调节剂异丙肌苷治疗急性内源性葡萄膜炎34例(42只眼)。异丙肌苷1g,qid,po,连续服用至临床症状消失为止,同时局部滴散瞳和抗炎眼药水,平均用药35±17d,治愈率达93％。与泼尼松组15例(17只眼)比较,疗效虽无显著差异(P>0.05)但治疗组用药时间较短,显效较快,未发现有副作用,停药后随访1-3mo(平均68d)无复发。是治疗急性内源性葡萄膜炎的一种较满意药物。Methisoprinol, a new immunosuppressive agent, was used for treating acute endogenous uveitis in 34 patients (42 eyes). The drug was given orally 1 g qid until the symptoms and signs subsided, 1% atropine and anti-inflammatory eye drops were also instilled at the same time. The average treating period was 35 + SD17 d and the cure rate was 93%; in the prednisone group, 15 patients were treated with pred-nisone 10 mg tid. No significant difference was found between the cure rates (P> 0.05). But methisoprinol shortened the treating course and did not cause any side effects. No recurrence was seen in the follow-up period(68d)in comparison to 20% in the prednisone group. The result suggests that methisoprinol could be a satisfactory drug for treating acute endogenous uveitis.
