摘 要:为制备可净化空气的室内装饰性用块状活性炭,选择自制粉状活性炭(PAC)为吸附基体,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)为黏结剂,碳酸氢钠为发泡剂,考察生石油焦、煅后石油焦和竹炭3种炭质添加剂(CA)对块状活性炭强度和吸附性能的影响。结果表明:煅后焦替换自制粉状活性炭制备的试样机械性能提升最显著,自制粉状活性炭和煅后焦以1∶1的比例作为吸附基体成型的块状活性炭达到了理想的强度和较佳的吸附率,其甲醛吸附值为75.4 mg/g,抗压强度7.4 MPa,比表面积879.36 m2/g,孔容积0.4365 mL/g。The decoration lump activated carbon for indoor air purification was prepared from the powdered activated carbon as the adsorption basic mass,the CMC as the binder and the sodium bicarbonate as the foamer,three carbonaceous materials including green petroleum coke,calcined petroleum coke and bamboo charcoal as additives.The influence of these additives on the properties of the lump activated carbon was studied.The results showed that the sample produced by calcined petroleum coke has the best mechanical properties.The sample with powdered activated carbon and calcined petroleum coke as 1:1 ratio of the adsorption basic mass had reached the optimized adsorption rate and rational strength with Formaldehyde adsorption of 75.4 mg/g,a compressive strength of 7.4 MPa,a BET specific surface area of 879.36 m2/g,a total pore volume of 0.4365 mL/g.
