摘  要:针对1553B总线对于传输信号抗干扰方面的严格要求,首先分析了DDC公司推出的1553B协议芯片BU-61865的工作原理;然后提出了变压器耦合方式的选择原则;其次分析印制电路板布局与布线以及电源纹波的处理等一系列在设计硬件电路时应该注意的问题,并给出了有效地解决方案;最后基于这些原则设计了一套1553B总线电路板。实验表明,采用此方法设计的电路具有较强的抗干扰性,能够有效地降低1553B总线传输的误码率,保证了系统的可靠性。To satisfy the strict antijamming demand to the signal from the 1553B bus. Firstly, the operating principles of an enhanced miniature advanced engine named BU-61865, which is fully compliant with the MIL-STD-1553B produced by DDC is introduced; secondly, the principles about how to choose coupling transformer are given; then this paper talks about some questions ,such as: how to design and wiring the print circuit board, how to decrease the ripples of the power,some suggestions are also given to solve those problems; at last, a print circuit board based on these principles is designed. The actual results show that this circuit has strong antijamming capability, which is very useful for reducing error code rate and improving the reliability of the system.
