摘　　要：分析了消防通信系统建设现状及其存在的问题,介绍了卫星通信和3G技术的应用及其优缺点提出了基于卫星通信和3G技术的消防通信指挥系统的架构,讨论了实现该通信指挥系统的关键技术及系统的组成部分,测试结果表明该系统是高效的。We analysed the construction status and deficiencies which lies in the Fire Services Communication system, and introduced the advantages and disadvantages of satellite communication technology and 3G communications. A new fire service communication system was proposed based on satellite communications and 3G technologies, as well as the key issues of satellite communications and 3G communication. Detailed tests are carried out and the experimental results show that this system is effective.
