专业建设规划与工学结合人才培养之路

摘　　要：从专业建设规划出发,分析了软件技术专业定位、专业建设目标、专业建设指导思想与建设思路;探讨了软件技术专业工学结合的人才培养模式、与职业岗位对应的模块化课程体系;构建一支结构合理的教学团队,为人才培养提供教学质量保障;建设校内外实训基地,为人才培养创建实训条件;完善教学管理和监控机制,保证人才培养质量。Based on the professional construction planning, this paper analyzes the professional positioning of software technology, specialized construction target, guiding concept and building thoughts. Also some discussions has been completed such as work-integrated learning talents training mode, modularized curriculum system corresponding with occupation, constructing a well-constructed teaching team to ensure teaching quality, well-found training bases to create practical conditions, and perfecting teaching management and monitoring system to ensure the quality of talents cultivation.
