超敏C-反应蛋白和白细胞等指标与代谢综合征的关系

摘　　要：目的分析代谢综合征(MS)患者外周血超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞(WBC)、体重指数(BMI)、血压(BP)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及血糖(FBG)等参数水平,探讨其与MS的关系。方法从3 670例体检人群中筛选出580例MS患者组,并筛选年龄、性别与MS组相匹配的健康体检者580例为正常对照组,测定各组参数值并进行统计学分析。结果 MS组hs-CRP水平及外周血WBC计数显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);且BMI、SBP、DBP、TC、TG及FBG均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP和WBC在MS患者体内的高表达可能与MS的发生密切相关。Objective To analyze the parameters of high sensitive C reactive protein（hs-CRP）,white blood cells（WBC）,body metabolism index（BMI）,blood pressure（BP）,total cholesterol（TC）,triacylglyceride（TG） and fasting blood glucose（FBG） of the metabolic syndrome（MS）.Relationship between the parameters and MS patients were studied.Methods 580 cases of MS patients were selected as MS group from 3 670 cases of people,and 580 cases who were health with age and sex matched with the MS group were selected as control group,then the parameters of each group were determined.Results hs-CRP and WBC in 580 cases of MS group were significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）,and the counts of BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,TG and FBG were also significantly higher than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions High expressions of hs-CRP and WBC in MS patients may be associated with MS.
