摘 要:目的:分析髓质海绵肾的KUB、IVP及CT影像学表现,探讨CT对髓质海绵肾的诊断价值。方法:回顾12例髓质海绵(MSK)CT表现,并与其中9例的腹部平片和排泄性尿路造影表现相比较。结果:髓质海绵肾的CT平扫显示肾髓质密度弥漫性密度增高,能检测到锥体内小斑点状的结石,当扫描增强后,发现扩张的肾集合管内结石周围的造影剂充盈,从无结石的肾锥体内发现条状或囊状造影剂聚集。结论:通过实验发现,CT与腹部平片、排泄性尿路造影进行比较,影响更加清楚,发现的髓质密度变大,发现锥体内细小结石,并能检测到早期的肾集合管扩张,有助于髓质海绵肾早期诊断。Objective: To analyze the KUB, IVP and CT imaging findings of medullary sponge kidney, to study the value of CT to the medullary sponge kidney. Methods: 12 cases of medullary sponge kidney (MSK) CT performance were analyzed, compared with 9 cases of abdominal plain film excretory urography performance. Results: Medullary sponge kidney CT scan showed diffuse medullary density increased renal density multiple small spots within the cone-shaped stones, enhanced scan after expansion of the renal collecting duct stones around the contrast agent filling, no cone of kidney stones visible stripes or small cystic contrast agent accumulation. Conclusion: CT compared with KUB and excretory urography is more sensitive to higher density found in the kidney medulla is found within the small cone of renal stones and early expansion of the renal collecting duct, medullary sponge kidney contribute to early period of diagnosis.
