摘　　要：21世纪,中国进入新的历史时期,中国外交也逐渐呈现出新的特点与发展趋势。具体表现为:外交理念实现了由静态和平到动态和谐的升华;外交实践更加注重"以人为本","外交为民";外交领域不断拓宽,外交主体日益多元化,公共外交成为重要的开拓方向;外交社会化进程不断推进,中国与世界的契合度逐渐提高。In the 21st century,China enters a new historical period and its foreign affairs are showing the new features and development trend. The specific performances are ：Diplomatic notion has realized sublimation trom static peace to dynamic harmonious;Diplomatic practice pays more attention to people -oriented, diploma- cy for the people;Diplomatic fields are constantly widening, diplomatic subjects are increasingly diversifying, and public diplomacy has become an important development direction; Diplomatic socialization is constantly ad- vancing and the fit of China and the world is gradually improving.
