摘 要:随着世界气候的逐渐变暖,世界各国加强了对温室气体排放的控制,对乘用车也制定了相应的控制法规。利用碳平衡公式,将美国、日本乘用车燃油经济性限值换算到欧盟NEDC工况进行比较。结果表明:在世界主要汽车燃料消耗限值法规中,日本和欧盟的法规最严,美国的法规最为宽松;同时鼓励柴油车的发展。As the warming of world climate, the governments around the world have been controlling strictly to emissions of greenhouse effect gases. They have made some rules to passenger vehicles. As these countries and areas using different controlling targets and measuring methods to decrease the emission of greenhouse effect gases, these targets were compared after chan- ging them of America and Japan into one same condition of NEDC. The results show that among the rules around the world, those of EU and Japan are the strictest, and that of U, S. is lenient which encourages the development of diesel vehicles.
