摘　　要：3S(RS,GIS和GPS)集成技术为城市规划提供了有力工具,3S不仅可高精度快速、实时地采集各种地质信息,而且能够利用GIS强大的空间数据综合分析功能,将各种信息进行叠加、对比、综合与复合,从而为城市规划提供更丰富的图件等资料。这是以汶川、映秀震区重建为例,应用2008年、2009年和2010年该区的航空遥感影像图进行城镇规划、土地利用现状等信息提取,并建立相关数据库,利用GIS软件对研究区生态环境进行综合评价分析,进而探讨3S技术在城镇规划、建设中的应用。3S(RS,GIS and GPS) integration technology for urban planning provides a powerful tool.It has not only high precision and fast and real-time acquisition of various geological information but also can use GIS spatial data comprehensive analysis of powerful functions with all kinds of information united,contrast and comprehensive and compound,thus it can provide more abundant information such as the maps for urban planning.Taking the Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction of Yingxiu as an example,the application of aviation remote sensing image diagram in 2008,2009 and 2010 to town planning land uses the status information extraction and establish relevant database,and utilizes the GIS software in the study area ecological environment comprehensive evaluation analysis,and then the this paper discusses 3S technique in urban planning and the construction of application.
