摘 要:通过对半刚性基层沥青路面反射裂缝的成因分析,提出采用内部应力吸收复合夹层(inter-layer stress absorbing composite,ISAC)进行反射裂缝的工程防治。轮碾反复荷载作用下的裂缝反射模拟试验表明,与单一夹层相比,采用ISAC防裂夹层大大提高了试件的抗裂寿命。试验路测试结果表明,采用聚酯玻纤布和玻纤格栅作为上层应变吸收层的ISAC复合夹层都具有较好的防裂效果,且玻纤格栅ISAC复合夹层的防裂效果优于聚酯玻纤布ISAC复合夹层。室内试验与实测数据均表明,ISAC防裂夹层具有良好的应力应变综合吸收能力,是半刚性基层沥青路面反射裂缝的良好防治技术。ISAC Intermediate Layer was proposed to prevent the formation of reflective cracking based on the analysis of the cause of reflective cracking in the semi-rigid asphalt pavement. The laboratory simulation test under repeated rolling wheels load shows that compared with several single interlayer materials, the ISAC Intermediate Layer greatly increased the cracking life of specimen. The field test shows that both fiberglass grid and polyester cloth as the top strain absorbing layer in ISAC have desirable anti-cracking effects and the ISAC with fiber glass grid outperforms the ISAC with polyester cloth. In summary, the ISAC anti-cracking intermediate layer has a plausible capacity of stress and strain absorption and is a good method for preventing the formation and development of reflective cracking in ac overlays with semi-rigid base.
