摘　　要：中国高校毕业生就业服务体系建设面临着服务理念、服务内容和服务过程等现实困境问题。美国是高校毕业生就业服务体系建设较成熟的国家,其人本化服务理念、延展型服务过程、多样化服务方法、高水准服务队伍和导向性课程支持等成功经验值得中国学习。为有效促进大学生充分就业,在借鉴国外经验的基础上,必须建设具有中国特色的高校毕业生就业服务体系。China＇s college graduates employment service system is facing the real plight of service concept, the service content and services process. U.S. college graduates employment service system are more mature, the successful experience of the people-oriented service concept, extended-type service process, multi-service approach, high standards of service-oriented curriculum support team can be learn by China university. To effectively promot the full employment of the current college students, we should construct the university graduates employment service system with Chinese characteristics baaed on drawing the foreign experience.
