摘　　要：从后金融危机视角出发,指出我国大学教育模式转变背景下大学生就业面临的新困境。多方面阐述了当前高校毕业生在就业观方面存在的误区,并提出了后金融危机时代大学生要与时俱进、转变观念以及如何尽快走出就业"寒冬"的对策,以期对当今毕业生的就业提供相应参考。This article examines the difficult employment situation confronting college graduates in post - financial crisis era who are also products of changed educational models. It points out some existing wrong notions and then urges post - crisis college students to keep abreast of the times and change concepts so as to walk out of the winter of employment the soonest possible.
