摘　　要：介绍了1Mt/a芳烃联合装置仿真培训系统的硬件结构、模型设计及在装置开车和生产中的应用。该系统紧密结合装置工艺与控制特性,不仅为优化装置的操作条件提供了数据支持,而且可以进行生产工况研究分析,在提高员工处置突发事故的就变能力和日常操作技能方面发挥了重要作用。It was introduced that hardware construction and pattern design in simulation training system used for 1 Mt/a aromatics complex plant, and application of the system in the starting and operation. The system was based on technology of the plant and the control features closely, not only the data was provided to optimize the operating parameters for the plant, but also the production conditions investigated and analyzed. The system played an important role to improve ability of the staff to dispose of emergency response and daily operational skills played an important role.
