摘　　要：研究了细特粘胶纤维的主要物理性能与可纺性能,通过试纺找到了纯粘高支纱纺纱难点。围绕提高成纱强力和降低千米棉结问题,展开生产技术研究,从原料选用、纺纱设备、纺纱工艺和温湿度控制等方面探讨了提升成纱质量的关键措施。Research on the main physical properties and spinnability of fine tex viscose fiber. We found the difficulties in the fine spinning of pure viscose yarn through the test spinning. By improving yarn strength and reducing neps in one kilometer, we study the production technology. This paper discusses the key measure to improve the yarn quality from material selection, spinning machine, spinning process and temperature control.
