摘　　要：中缅油气管道项目工程已经分别在中缅两国开工建设,但由于本项目建设与运营具有特殊性与复杂性,必须在对影响中缅油气管道运输的国际法律框架进行分析的基础上,对中缅油气管道运输的管辖权问题、环境问题、交易结算问题与争议解决等问题从国际法层面进行分析,对项目的平稳运行给予法律制度的保障,并对中国-东盟能源法律合作提供积极和可供借鉴的样板。The Oil and Gas Pipelines of China-Myanmar project already under the production separatel the two countries. Since the particularity and complexity at the construction and operation of this project, it to make deep exploring for the jurisdiction, environment, and settlement of transactions, dispute resolution other issues at the international law level and based on the research on the international legal framework of Oil and Gas Pipelines of China-Myanmar.
