摘　　要：社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性。"以增进党内和谐促进社会和谐",是党的十七大在新时期作出的重大战略部署。党内和谐作为社会和谐的必要条件,是党执政能力建设和先进性建设的内在要求。深入探索和解决党的建设与和谐社会建设这个重大的课题,对于增强党的执政能力,推进社会主义和谐社会建设,具有重要的理论与实践意义。Social harmony is an essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Increase intra- Party harmony to promote social harmony＇ is a major strategy of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） in the new period. As a necessary condition of social harmony, intra-Party harmo- ny is the inner requirement of strengthening the Party＇s governance capability and vanguard nature. As it holds theoretical value and practical importance for improving the Party＇s governance capability and accelerating har- monious socialist society, we must thoroughly explore and solve the great subject of Party construction and social harmony construction.
