云南省土地流转问题及对策建议

摘　　要：云南省农地林地流转明显加快,流转面积也是大幅度增加。伴随土地流转规模化而出现的侵犯农民利益、农民转出的农地增收不明显、土地退化、流转纠纷等现象凸显。本文通过对云南省部分地区农村土地流转情况调查分析,总结了调查区域农地流转的现状特点及存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。Agriculture and forest land conversion pace is remarkably quickened and its area the enlargement of land conversion, farmers＇ rights and interests are harmed, income of farmers＇ expands. With conversion land increase few, land degenerates, participants of conversion dispute. Through investigation and analysis of rural land conversion of districts in Yunnan Province, the features and issues of land conversion are summarized, and corresponding policy is suggested.
