摘　　要：我国领导干部选拔任用制度是党管干部、民主推选和依法选任干部的有机统一。公开选拔任用领导干部制度实施以来,成效十分明显。但是,在公选制度的本质内涵、管理体制、运行机制、技术法上,都还存在一些不足之处,需要进一步完善。Our country leads the staff the selection appoints the system is a party to take care of the staff, democracy to elect and choose to allow the staff organic to unify by law.Public the selection appoints to lead the staff system since implement, the result is very obvious.But, choose the essence Content, the management system of the system and circulate the mechanism, the technique method in Mr. up, the place that all still exist some shortage, need to be further perfect.
