循环经济在招远市粉丝行业中的实践探索

摘　　要：针对招远市粉丝企业在粉丝废水及下脚料处理中采取的工艺,总结出了"粉丝生产加工-废水中提取蛋白、纤维-粉丝废水沼气发电-粉渣等下脚料制取酒精、酱油和食品添加剂-生态农业"的循环经济发展模式,指出了这种模式符合循环经济的发展之路,解决了粉丝行业发展中的环保瓶颈,能够实现经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的协调发展。How to rational use and effectively deal with the wastewater and waste materials generated in the production of bean vermicelli has been a difficult problem in the development of the bean vermicelli industry. Based on the technology used in the treatment of the wastewater and waste materials of vermicelli enterprises in Zhaoyuan, this paper summarizes a development model of recycling economy i. e. ＂productionand processing of bean vermicelli - extracting protein and fiber from the wastewater -- biogas power generation with wasterwater -- making alcohol, soy sauce and food additives from waster materials-ecologicalagriculture ＂. This model conforms to the development of recycling economy,solves the bottleneck of the environmental protection in the vermicelli industry, and achieves the coordinated development of the eco-nomic,environmental and social benefits.
