血栓心脉宁片对急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP的影响

摘　　要：目的观察血栓心脉宁片对急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法 90例急性脑梗死患者按数字随机法分为治疗组(血栓心脉宁片加常规治疗,和对照组(常规治疗),每组45例,疗程28d。测定两组患者治疗前后血清同型半胱氨酸及超敏C反应蛋白水平变化。结果治疗组和对照组在治疗前血清同型半胱氨酸分别为(27.20±2.20)μmol/L和(26.59±1.34)μmol/L,而治疗后分别为(10.50±1.10)μmol/L和(15.21±1.17)μmol/L;治疗前两组血清超敏C反应蛋白分别为(20.88±3.09)mg/L和(21.23±3.22)mg/L,而治疗后分别为(10.29±0.98)mg/L和(15.21±1.17)mg/L。两组治疗后Hcy、hs-CRP均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组相比对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论血栓心脉宁片对急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平有明显降低作用。Objective To observe the effects of Xueshuan Xumaining tablet（XXT） on serum homocysteine and high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients（pts） with acute ischemic stroke.Methods Ninety pts were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=45） treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n=45）treated with XXT plus routine therapy for 28 days.The levels of serum homocysteine and hs-CRP were tested before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the level of serum homocysteine was（27.20±2.20） μmol/L in treatment group and（26.59±1.34） μmol/L in control group,respectively.After treatment,the levels of serum homocysteine in treatment group and control group was（10.50±1.10） μmol/L and（15.21±1.17） μmol/L,respectively.Before treatment,the level of serum hs-CRP was（20.88±3.09） mg/L in treatment group and（21.23±3.22） mg/L in control group,respectively.After treatment,the level of serum hs-CRP was 10.29±0.98 mg/L in treatment group and（15.21±1.17） mg/L in control group,respectively.The level of serum hs-CRP and homocysteine was declined in two groups.There was statistic difference in two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion XXT could decrease significantly the levels of serum hs-CRP and homocysteine in acute ischemic stroke.
