摘 要:目的研究不同剂量的绞股蓝皂苷(Five leaf Gynostemma Herb Saponin,FGHS)对实验性高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法通过改良脂肪乳剂的配方制备SD大鼠高脂血症模型,应用绞股蓝皂苷20mg/kg、36mg/kg、65mg/kg、117mg/kg和210mg/kg五个不同剂量组,观察大鼠血脂代谢的变化。结果绞股蓝皂苷可明显抑制高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平以及显著抑制肝体重比,同时绞股蓝皂苷210mg/kg剂量组将谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量从125.50U/L±25.81U/L降至89.25U/L±28.41U/L,并提高血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性和下调丙二醛(MDA)的含量(P<0.05)。结论绞股蓝皂苷可以降低实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂,纠正肝脏损伤,抑制脂质过氧化,纠正实验性高脂血症引起的脂质代谢紊乱。Objective To investigate the effect of five leaf gynostemma herb saponin(FGHS) on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods The hyperlipidemia rat models were establish with modified high lipid food.FGHS was used with 20,36,65,117,and 210 mg/kg to trea the rat models.The effect of FGHS on the lipid was evaluated.Results FGHS significantly reduced the level of rat serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,and low density lipoprotein cholesterol,malondiadehyde(MDA) and hepatosomatic index.FGHS of 210 mg/kg decreased the level of alanine transaminase(ALT) from(125.50±25.81) U/L to(89.25±28.41) U/L,enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),and inhibited the increase of MDA(P0.05).Conclusion FGHS might contribute to reduce hyperlipidemia,mend of liver damage,inhibit oxidative modification and correct experimental hyperlipidemia.
