摘 要:间充质干细胞(MSC)来源于发育早期的中胚层和外胚层。MSC与胚胎干细胞相比,具有免疫调节优势,并且没有伦理学和免疫排斥问题,也不会导致肿瘤产生。MSC在体外特定的条件下可以分化为脂肪、骨、软骨、肌肉、神经、肝脏、心肌等多种组织,同样它也可以成为胰岛β细胞理想的来源。MSC体外分化为胰岛β细胞受到多种因素的影响,包括细胞间接触、葡萄糖浓度、pH、细胞因子、基因等。Mesenchymal stem cell( MSC), deriving from the mesoderm and ectoderm in the early stages of development, is a significant member of stem cell family. We can get majority of MSCs from bone marrow, umbilical cord blood and umbilical cord. MSC has some advantages over embryo stem cell on immune regulation and it is free of ethical, immune rejection and tumor formation problem. It has been proved that MSC can differentiate into adipose tissue, bone, cartilage, muscle, nerve, hepatocyte, myocardium and so on, which makes it the ideal source of pancreatic β ceils similarly. MSCs' differentiation into pancreatic β cells is influenced by multiple factors in vitro,including interactions with adjacent ceils, concentration of glucose,pH, cytokines, gene and so on.
