摘  要:改变离心压缩机的进气通道结构,以提高其进口导叶的调节性能。根据对预旋、阻力影响因素的定性分析,提出了增加导叶尾缘处当量预旋半径的改进思路。基于该思路设计了6种改进方案,并通过数值模拟对各方案的改进效果以及改进思路的合理性进行了验证。The geometry of the inlet flow channel of a centrifugal compressor was mottled to improve the regulating performance of its inlet guide vanes. The idea of increasing the equivalent prewhirl radius at the trailing edge of the inlet guide vanes was pro- posed, as a conclusion of the qualitative analysis on the influence factors of the prewhirl and the loss of the inlet guide vanes. Six improvement schemes for the inlet flow channel were designed according to the idea above. Numerical simulation was applied to compare and analyze the performance of each improvement scheme, and to validate the idea of increasing the equivalent prewhirl radius.
