血浆内脂素水平与宁夏回、汉族2型糖尿病的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆内脂素(Visfatin)水平与宁夏回、汉族2型糖尿病的相关性。方法采用ELISA法测定所有受试者血浆内脂素水平,同时检测空腹静脉血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)等指标,测量并计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀围比(WHR)。结果回、汉族2型糖尿病患者血浆内脂素水平均高于健康体检者;回族2型糖尿病组血浆内脂素水平与体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、FPG呈正相关,汉族2型糖尿病组血浆内脂素水平与WHR、FPG、2hPG、HbA1c、TG呈正相关。结论血浆内脂素与2型糖尿病及肥胖相关,可能在2型糖尿病的发生、发展中起一定作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma visfatin levels and type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） in Ningxia Hui and Han nationality.Methods The plasma visfatin concentration was measured by ELISA and a set of examination including blood pressure（BP）,body mass index（BMI）,waist hip ratio（WHR）,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,2-Hr postprandial glucose（2hPG） and lipids were carried out in all of subjects.Results The plasma visfatin concentration in T2DM patients was significantly higher in Hui and Han nationality than that of healthy subjects（P0.05）.In group Hui,the plasma visfatin levels were positively correlated with BMI,WHR and FPG.In group Han,the plasma visfatin levels were positively correlated with WHR,FPG,2hPG,HbA1C and TG.Conclusion The level of visfatin is associated with obesity and T2DM,which probably contribute to the pathogenesis of obesity and diabetes.
