摘　　要：目的了解宁夏疾病预防控制基本信息系统中仪器设备、检验能力、房屋和经费四项指标的基本现状,为改进工作质量和效益提供决策依据。方法以2009年宁夏该系统相关指标与同期全国及东部、中部、西部的水平进行比较,了解存在的差距。结果除省级信息设备和各级冷链设备器材以外,其余指标均不同程度的低于国家标准和全国平均水平,甚至低于西部地区平均水平。结论各级政府必须充分认识疾病预防控制工作的性质和特点,加大经常性经费投入、重视人才培养,方能保证疾病预防控制工作的正常运转。Objective To know the basic information about four indexes（equipments,inspection capabilities,office housing and funds） of Ningxia Center for Disease Prevention and Control and to provide proofs for improving the work quality and making out effective policies.Methods In order to find out the gaps,relevant indicators of Ningxia over the same period were compared with national,eastern,central,and western levels.Results Except for the cold chain equipments and information apparatus at provincial level,indicators of the rest were lower than the national standard and the national average,even lower than the average level of the western regions.Conclusion Governments must realize the features of disease prevention and control and must increase investment.Meanwhile,governments should pay more attention to personnel training to ensure that the career of disease control and prevention can be developed soundly.
