复方薰衣草油膏治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面临床对比观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方薰衣草油膏对于Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗效果。方法:随机选取烧伤后早期入院的中小面积以Ⅱ度烧伤为主的成年患者,按照同体对照分别采取两种不同治疗方法:实验组创面外用复方薰衣草油膏治疗,对照组创面仅外用SD-Ag糊剂治疗。对比观察两组创面愈合时间、创面感染率、愈后瘢痕增生等指标。结果:外用复方薰衣草油膏治疗组比单纯外用SD-Ag糊剂组可明显缓解疼痛、改善创面且愈合时间短、愈后增生性瘢痕轻、创面感染率低。结论:Ⅱ度烧伤创面早期应用复方薰衣草油膏能起到缓解疼痛、避免创面加深、缩短病程、减轻炎症反应的作用,并且能减轻愈后疤痕。Objective：To observe the lavender oil to compound the therapeutic effect of Ⅱ degrees burn wounds.Methods：After burns randomly selected early admission to the medium and small area Ⅱ degree give priority to adult patients caused respectively in accordance with the control adopt two different treatment：the wound for external use compound lavender oil treatment,and in the external use only SD es-ag paste treatment.The two groups were observed wound healing time,wound infection rates,after the scar tissue hyperplasia index.Results：For external use only compound lavender oil treatment group compared with the simple external use SD es-ag paste group could relieve pain and improve obviously wound healing time short,and the hyperplastic scar after light,wound infection rates low.Conclusion：Early application of the compound lavender oil inⅡ degree burn wounds can rise to alleviate pain,avoid wound deepen,shorten the duration of symptoms,reduce the role of inflammation,and can reduce after the scar.
